Pix4Dmapper and PIX4Dmatic. Set these and the upload is smaller and the conversion faster.
PIX4Dmatic
Use File > Export orthomosaic…, Export DSM… and Export dense point cloud…, or tick the exports in the processing options. Exports go to the project's exports\ folder; the Status Center links straight to them.
OrthomosaicGeoTIFF, compression JPEG (much smaller than the default LZW), file type Single (not tiles), image scale 100%, Transparency ticked, CRS: project CRS.
DSMGeoTIFF, LZW, file type Single.
Point cloud.laz (the default).
Pix4Dmapper
Set these in Process > Processing Options before step 2 and 3, and the output coordinate system in Project > Select Output Coordinate System (pick your grid, not Arbitrary).
2. Point Cloud and MeshPoint cloud format LAZ, Merge Tiles on.
3. DSM and OrthomosaicResolution Automatic (1 × GSD). Raster DSM: GeoTIFF, Merge Tiles on. Orthomosaic: GeoTIFF, Merge Tiles on. You don't need Google Maps tiles or KML: we make the web version.
Additional outputsRaster DTM if you deliver one; contours as SHP or DXF (contours need merged tiles).

Upload the highlighted files. Use the transparent mosaic, so the edges show the map underneath instead of black. Zip shapefile parts together.
Upload
Drag the files into a delivery in your console: the mosaic and DSM become map layers, the point cloud appears in 3D, and contours are drawn with their heights. See the delivery guide for the rest.
