Agisoft Metashape to your client

Metashape 2.x. In Metashape you choose the file names yourself, so it's all in the export dialogs.

Orthomosaic

File > Export > Export Orthomosaic…, as GeoTIFF:

ProjectionYour projected grid (for example a Lo or UTM zone).
Pixel sizeLeave the default (the ground resolution). Smaller adds nothing.
TIFF compressionJPEG, quality about 90: typically several times smaller than LZW or none, with no visible difference on screen.
Write BigTIFF fileTick it when the image is over 4 GB.
Tiled TIFF, overviews, alpha channelOn, if your version shows them.
Split in blocksOff: one file.

Elevation model

File > Export > Export DEM…, as GeoTIFF, same projection. Leave Split in blocks off.

Point cloud

File > Export > Export Point Cloud…, choose Point cloud (not tie points), format LAZ. Keep colour and classification. Leave Split in blocks off.

Contours

Tools > Generate Contours… from your DEM, then export the contour layer (right-click it, Export Contours) as Shapefile or DXF.
