Terms of service

These terms apply to SurveyDeliver (surveydeliver.io), a service of 3DroneMapping Pty Ltd (registration no. 2014/256136/07, VAT no. 4170271680), Portion 23, Baviaanskloof R407, Prince Albert, Western Cape, 6930, South Africa ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use SurveyDeliver for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. The service

SurveyDeliver lets survey and drone operators ("you") upload finished survey deliverables, have them checked and converted for viewing, and share them with their own clients through web pages under their name. Your clients view those pages without an account.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link we email to the address on your account. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the logins you give your clients.

3. Trial, payment and renewal

• New accounts start with a 14-day trial of the Solo plan. You add payment details to start it and are charged only if you keep the plan after the trial ends.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your console (Billing); access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Plan and storage changes apply straight away and are prorated.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription.

4. Your data

You keep all rights to the files and information you upload. You give us permission to store, copy, convert and display them only to provide the service to you and your clients. You confirm you have the right to upload and share them. We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use SurveyDeliver to upload unlawful content or malware, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to access other accounts or data, or overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

6. Plan limits and very large jobs

Each plan has limits on active deliveries, storage and file size, shown on the pricing page. Files beyond what a plan converts automatically can be processed by us as a separately quoted service, invoiced separately; it is not part of any plan and is not sold through our checkout. 7. Availability and backups

We work to keep SurveyDeliver available and back up uploaded files daily to a second location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and you should keep your own copies of your deliverables.

8. Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. If your subscription ends, you can no longer add deliveries; your clients can still open existing deliveries for a period we will tell you about by email before anything is removed. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where the law allows.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes at least 30 days before they apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
